I always enjoyed cooking food that brings people together. As a child I used to cook for friends and family in the back yard and that sparked my passion for food. My family has entrepreneurial roots that date back to the 1930's where my great aunt and uncle ran a popular bakery called "Greg's Cookies" for decades and was a staple in the community of Avondale near Birmingham, Alabama. In 2016 I received 2nd place as the Western Regional Finalist for Student Chef of the Year with the American Culinary Federation. My culinary student team won 1st place Student Team of the Year in 2016. I also competed individually and won two gold medals in Washington and Illinois.
After working from coast to coast, culinary school, and business school, my journey continues here in Southeast Michigan. It's simple, I love cooking for others and seeing them enjoy my food.
